Kita kini berdepan dengan moraliti baharu. Biasanya seseorang yang didapati bersalah atau kalah saman maka pihak itu dikatakan kalah dan tidak berada dalam kebenaran moral. Namun demikian, perkara terbalik kini mungkin terjadi apabila pihak kalah dilihat sebagai mangsa penghakiman dan ia juga dilihat sebagai pejuang kaum atau agama.
