Kuala Lumpur: Setiap kali pembentangan belanjawan oleh Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, sejumlah perkataan atau istilah yang digunakan beliau sering mencuri perhatian kerana ada antaranya jarang-jarang didengar.
Pemilihan istilah sedemikian begitu sinonim dengan Perdana Menteri ke-10 itu, yang berkelulusan Sarjana Muda Pengajian Melayu pengkhususan Sastera di Universiti Malaya (UM).
Pada pembentangan Belanjawan 2027, hari ini, Anwar menggunakan beberapa istilah yang jarang didengar termasuk 'waad' dan 'lighad'.
'Waad' dan 'lighad' ialah istilah bahasa Arab yang masing-masing bermaksud janji serta hari esok.
Dalam masa yang sama, beliau turut mengungkapkan perkataan 'dasawarsa' yang bermaksud tempoh 10 tahun.
