KUALA LUMPUR: Kadar Bayaran Insentif Pos Basik bagi 47,000 anggota paramedik dan jururawat dinaikkan kepada RM200 daripada RM100 sebulan.
Kenaikan itu bertujuan menghargai sumbangan petugas kesihatan yang memikul tanggungjawab besar di lapangan.
Selain itu, kerajaan turut bersetuju menaikkan Bayaran Insentif Perkhidmatan Kesihatan Udara kepada RM100 daripada RM30.
Keputusan itu dibuat susulan tragedi nahas helikopter Perkhidmatan Doktor Udara di Long Lellang yang meragut nyawa petugas barisan hadapan.
