MERSING: Jabatan Perlindungan Hidupan Liar dan Taman Negara (PERHILITAN) Johor mengesahkan menerima pengaduan berkaitan kelibat harimau di Ladang Aramijaya di Jemaluang, di sini.
Timbalan Pengarah PERHILITAN Johor, Mohd Firrdhaus Mahmood berkata, kawasan berkenaan terletak bersebelahan dengan hutan Ulu Sedili.
Beliau berkata, lokasi berkenaan adalah antara kawasan rayau haiwan berkenaan.
"Selepas aduan diterima baru-baru ini PERHILITAN memasang kamera bagi memantau pergerakan harimau.
"Malah PERHILITAN juga meletakkan perangkap untuk menangkap haiwan terbabit," katanya ketika dihubungi.
Sebelum ini, tular video kelibat harimau di sebuah ladang berhampiran ladang hutan Ulu Sedili.
Video tular itu mengundang kebimbangan ramai berkaitan keselamatan orang ramai.
