KUALA LUMPUR – Bekas Pengerusi Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH), Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim memfailkan permohonan kebenaran semakan kehakiman di Mahkamah Tinggi di sini berhubung keputusan Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) membatalkan persetujuan pembayaran cukai dan penalti berjumlah RM4.8 juta, tiga bulan lalu.Bekas Ahli Parlimen Baling berusia 60 tahun itu memohon kepada mahkamah pada 6 September lalu, supaya keputusan LHDN memansuhkan persetujuan bertarikh 9 Februari 2022 serta notis taksiran komposit bertarikh 22 Mac 2022 bagi tahun taksiran 2011 hingga 2020 dibatalkan.Beliau turut memoho (Sinar Harian, 14:54)
