Kuala Lumpur: Dewan Keadilan dan Undang (DKU) Negeri Sembilan serta Setiausahanya, Raja Norazli Raja Nordin, memfailkan tindakan undang-undang baharu untuk memulakan prosiding menghina mahkamah terhadap Menteri Besar dan 16 individu lain.
Permohonan yang difailkan di Mahkamah Tinggi Seremban pada 15 Oktober itu menamakan Menteri Besar, Datuk Ismail Lasim, 10 bekas Ahli Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan Negeri (EXCO), serta enam individu lain yang terbabit dalam pertikaian berterusan mengenai institusi diraja negeri itu.
Pihak pemohon mendakwa bahawa 17 individu berkenaan melanggar atau bertindak menjejaskan perintah injunksi Mahkamah Tinggi yang dikeluarkan pada 5 Jun lalu berkaitan pentadbiran dan hal ehwal DKU.
