The Supplementary Supply (2026) Bill, 2026, was passed unanimously after being tabled by Deputy Premier and Second Minister for Finance and New Economy Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embas and seconded by Minister for Women, Early Childhood and Community Wellbeing Development Datuk Seri Fatimah Abdullah.

Uggah said the additional allocation was needed to meet the costs of services incurred by ministries and departments for which funds had either not been provided or were insufficient under the original expenditure estimates and the First Supplementary Estimates, 2026.

They were Baru Bian (Ba’kelalan), Datuk Ding Kuong Hiing (Meradong), Kennedy Chukpai Ugon (Murum), Iskandar Turkee (Jepak) and Chong Chieng Jen (Padungan).

Also participating were Safiee Ahmad (Daro), Datuk Seri Huang Tiong Sii (Repok), Abdul Yakub Arbi (Balingian), Mohamad Duri (Kalaka) and Chieng Jin Ek (Bukit Assek).

The other debaters were Adam Yii Siew Sang (Pujut), Datuk Miro Simuh (Serembu), Datuk Lo Khere Chiang (Batu Kitang) and See Chee How (Batu Lintang).
