SSM lanjut tempoh pengurangan kadar kompaun
Kuala Lumpur: Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) melanjutkan tempoh pengurangan kadar kompaun di bawah Akta Syarikat 1965 dan Akta Syarikat 2016 sehingga 31 Dis, 2026.
Dalam satu kenyataan, SSM berkata pelanjutan tempoh ini memberi peluang kepada syarikat yang layak untuk menyelesaikan kompaun tertunggak dan mengambil tindakan sewajarnya bagi memastikan pematuhan terhadap keperluan di bawah kedua-dua akta tersebut.
Menerusi pelanjutan ini, syarikat yang telah mengambil tindakan pemulihan atau memenuhi syarat yang ditetapkan, layak menikmati pengurangan kadar kompaun, kata suruhanjaya itu.
Menurut SSM, pengurangan kadar kompaun ini terpakai kepada syarikat yang telah membuat serah simpan dokumen tertunggak, sedang dalam proses pembubaran, telah membuat permohonan pemotongan nama atau dikenakan tindakan pemotongan nama oleh Pendaftar serta syarikat yang telah dibubarkan.
