Pay once for Word, Excel, and four more Office apps with this $50 deal

11 Oct, 22:35 MYT

TL;DR: The Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus license nets you six Microsoft Office apps, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, for $49.97 (reg. $249.99), with no Microsoft 365 subscription required.

Your bills are probably crowded enough without Microsoft Word asking for a recurring spot on the list. Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus brings together Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and Access in one package, with a perpetual license for a single Windows PC. Right now, it’s on sale for $49.97 (reg. $249.99).

Word, Excel, and plenty more where that came from

The package covers your workday BFFs: Word for documents, Excel for spreadsheets, PowerPoint for presentations, and Outlook for managing email and calendars. You also get OneNote for collecting notes, ideas, and research, plus Access for building and managing databases.

Access might be the least familiar name in the lineup, but it’s useful when your data has outgrown a basic spreadsheet. It provides tools for organizing related records, creating forms, running queries, and producing reports. Excel, meanwhile, handles calculations, charts, and data analysis, whether you’re tracking a small business’s expenses or trying to understand where your personal budget went sideways.

Office 2024 also brings a refreshed interface with dark mode support, giving the familiar apps a more modern appearance without requiring you to learn an entirely different productivity suite.

The distinction from Microsoft 365 is how you pay for and use it. Office 2024 is a fixed release, so you won’t receive the ongoing feature additions and subscription extras associated with Microsoft 365. You can still create and edit documents locally, and Microsoft provides security updates during the product’s supported lifecycle.

This license is for one Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC, not a Mac. It’s tied to that device, not your Microsoft account, and cannot be transferred to another computer. You’ll also need to redeem the code within seven days of purchase.

Formerly $249.99, score Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus on sale for only $49.97.
