We’ve found a plan that gets the kids involved too. And if you’ve ever wondered how you and your child would do as doubles partners, here’s your chance to find out.

Social Serve Kidsnergy, powered by Great Eastern Takaful Berhad (GETB), is happening from 16 to 18 October 2026 at PLAYA Racquet Club @ PARC Subang, with categories for kids, adults and parent and child teams.

There’s free Under 8 registration and cash prizes to play for, too.

One thing, though: registration closes on 12 October 2026 at 11.59pm. Get your entry sorted before the family group chat changes the subject again.

Your kid could be your next teammate

If your child is always asking you to play with them, imagine telling them, “ Okay, we’re entering a tournament together. ”

The Open Parent & Kid category lets you do exactly that.

You’ll get to work out a game plan together, cheer each other on and share that very satisfying moment when a shot goes exactly where you wanted it to.

Just be ready for your child to become very invested in your serve.

And honestly, having something new to talk about over dinner afterwards is a nice bonus.

Under 8 registration is free, by the way

If you’re entering your child in the Under 8 category, there’s no registration fee.

Older kids can get involved too. Boys’ and girls’ singles are available in the Under 8, Under 10, Under 12, Under 14, Under 16 and Under 18 categories.

For those who want a partner on their side of the court, junior boys’, girls’ and mixed doubles are available for Under 14, Under 16 and Under 18.

Adults also have men’s, women’s and mixed doubles options in the 7.0 and 5.8 categories.
